TigerStop Part

The internal carriage connects the TigerStop belt inside the beam to the flip away outside of the beam. It ships assembled with Linear Polymer Guides (LPG), and includes the belt clamp (ATC32).

The idle end pulley is for TigerStops using a 32mm (1.26″) width belt. It is compatible with the Idle End Carriage (IEC2).

The Idle End Carriage/Far End Carriage is for TigerStops using a 32mm (1.26″) width belt. It contains the idle pulley, the pulley housing, and the tensioning bolt.  Learn more about the Idle End Carriage in the below video.

The Idle End Cap is a plate that covers the end of the TigerStop extrusion that is far from the motor.

Dust seal strip helps keep dust and debris out of the TigerStop beam. Dust seal strip is ordered in a single strip in 1 foot (0.305m) increments. Every TigerStop has two dust seal strips the full length of the beam.
